RPS (TRPS, MRPS) is an alternate method for measuring size and concentration of particles in samples. In our hands it appears more sensitive and reproducible than NTA. Throughput is similarly improved. The non-EV specific nature of the assay makes it a useful compliment to EV specific assays such as vFC™ as it will detect non-EV contaminants. This feature may be useful in functional or therapeutic EV studies
