When cells secrete vesicles, they load them with proteins, nucleic acids, lipids, and other molecules. This vesicle cargo has important consequences in cell-to-cell communication, therapeutic development, and other areas of the life sciences. Cargo measurement enables identifying the cellular or tissue source of vesicles and examining biological processes in cells or tissues from peripheral samples such as urine or plasma. We are currently working on a searchable database that will allow you to find cargo expression by tissue, cellular source, or other sample descriptors. The database will be composed of data from both our own internal testing of vesicles from different sources as well as user submissions and data from publications.
